Join us as we welcome three powerful & talented musicians to the Irish Center to ring in the Christmas season! with traditional carols, songs and tunes!

Gabriel Donohue is a well-known and well-travelled multitalented musician originally from Athenry, Galway. He has been in the U.S. for many years now and has performed throughout the world. He has played on scores of albums by artists such as Eileen Ivers, Cherish the Ladies and the Boston Pops. He has toured with the Chieftains and was for three years one of the featured musicians in “Riverdance”. He also produces recordings for many artists, one of the latest being the very fine “Girsa” heard on “Come West Along the Road” with Marianne MacDonald on Sundays at noon. Many will remember Gabriel from his shows at Carney’s Cape May and the Waterfront in Somers Point. He has performed at Carnegie Hall and also at the White House for the signing of the Good Friday Accord in 1995.

For this concert Gabriel is joined by two lovely young ladies with huge talents of their own!

Caitlin Warbelow hails from Fairbanks, Alaska and has played fiddle since her childhood. She is a stalwart of the NYC music scene and brings beauty and grace to every bow trill and ornament. She was a hit this year at Irish Week in N. Wildwood and looks forward to playing at the Irish Center.

Marian Makins has a gorgeous voice that could melt packed ice and transport the listener to a cottage in Donegal or over to the western isles of Scotland. Her emotive delivery has brought her many accolades for her performances at the Irish Consul’s residence in New York to Bloomsday performances in Philadelphia. She also appeared with Gabriel and Caitlin at Irish Weekend this past September. She lives in Philadelphia now and can be heard gracing the local sessions with her songs.
