World Class Irish Music Workshops on Thursday, December 3rd

Here is a great opportunity to take a master class from a group of stellar traditional Irish musicians.  This group is in the Washington, DC area to perform as part of Teada’s Irish Christmas in America concert at National Geographic.  The workshops will be held the evening before the concert at Gonzaga High School, near Union Station.

Classes will be taught on the following instruments:
Fiddle – Oisin MacDiarmada
Accordion – Seamus Begley
Harp – Grainne Hambly
Bodhran – Tristan Rosenstock
Flute – Tommy Martin
Guitar – Sean Earnest

Each workshop is limited to ten people in order to provide an intimate learning environment.  The classes will provide an opportunity for experienced traditional musicians to learn new tunes and enhance their technique.  Each workshop is $40 per person.
