Cuts from the Kitchen

Sunday September 27th, 12 noon-12.45pm approx.  Bowery Poetry Club, 308 Bowery (between Bleecker and Houston) East Village, New York City

Accomplished Irish dancers Niall O’Leary and Louise Corrigan are joined by fiddler Tom O’Grady in an upbeat performance of Irish music and dance. Niall and Louise also play a variety of instruments: Accordion, Flute, Bodhran, Spoons. Set in an Irish country kitchen, the audience is brought back in time to witness how the Irish people used to rely on each other to entertain themselves, before being whisked into the twenty-first century with a taste of Riverdance-style Razzamatazz. Niall and Louise both grew up in Ireland , while Tom spent most of his summers there. You will leave this show with a new tune in your head and a spring in your step!
